Our initial day of travel is usually a Friday. Our travel agent arranges all the travel for the group. Typically, we are able to schedule everybody to arrive in Belize City with other members of the team. Most flights will route through TX or FL as the last U.S. leg before heading to Belize City (BZE), Belize of Central America.
Belize City (BZE), is our initial meeting place. It is here that old faces are excited to see old faces again and new ones are eagerly welcomed by the group.

Once we arrive in Belize City, we must go through Customs.  After everyone and everything has been cleared with Customs, another flight with TROPIC AIR takes us to the island of Ambergris Caye.  On this island lies the small town of San Pedro.  San Pedro will serve as our home for the rest of the week.  We stay at a comfortable resort located right on the beach.
